Called me in for interview to inquire why I would apply for that position then I never heard from them again . I though this was truly unprofessional and a waste of time

Recruiter called me and shared insights about role . Asked me was I looking for a new job, explained the salary to me and and set up 2 subsequent interviews. Recruiter did not explain benefits package but shared that the hiring manager was looking to fill the role by end of month. That was confusing.o
