I applied online. I interviewed at Ascension (Washington, DC)
Interview
The HR specialist communicated with me most of the time. When I talked to the Director (the person that was actually hiring), she seemed excited about the position and all of the activities that would be accomplished. Typical interview questions--strengths/weaknesses, how do you contribute to teams, how do you take initiative as a leader, tell me about a time you faced difficulty accomplishing a task, etc.
That was the end of the civility from the Director. After that, she was just flat out rude. She carried herself as if she was better than her staff or any of the people we were trying to help. Although she seemed "put together" on paper, she was a terrible manager.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ascension (North Chicago, IL) in Sep 2023
Interview
First round - Includes an interview with program manager and a few others in one call. Final round - Includes an Interview with VP that will most likely shortly follow after the first
