Interview
It was a pretty straightforward interview that focused mainly on my research background, as well as the two writing samples I submitted prior to the interview taking place. The interviewer was very warm and made me feel very comfortable.

Interview
They ghosted me after three interviews and one was in-person where I had to take a day off work. There was a phone interview, video chat and one in the office. They were very nice and made it seem like I got the job and then just never called or emailed. I even followed-up with them.

One of the questions was a word association. The lady would give a question and you had to answer with just one word.
