They provided excellent communication and everyone was kind. The occupational therapy appointment was smooth. They offer all onboarding documents via email. The hiring manager was awesome, and informed me of growth opportunities.

How do your current skills transfer to the job offered?

Interview
I completed a one-way "phone" interview where they let me email my responses. (Their terms and conditions would have made my voice recordings their property to do what they wanted with them otherwise.)
I then got an email asking me for times I was available for another interview. The very next day I got an email saying the position was filled and they weren't going to interview me.
"This position is frontline customer service, checking patients in, collecting medical records and insurance and scheduling appointments, with each position having a few different responsibilities as well, while also providing excellent customer service in every situation. So please give me a high level overview of your experience working in customer service."

Interview
It was a virtual interview but when I got on it was just one manager on a phone and another on the call with her camera off and didn’t speak. Gave the wrong time for the interview and the interview lasted 2 seconds on a phone call.
