I had 3 interviews. First one is with HR and it was a 30 minute pre-screening. Then they move forward with me for my first 45 minute interview with 2 clinical operations managers, trying to understand my qualifications, skills, experience and behavioral aspects. Finally, I have another 45 minute interview with one of the managers and my co-workers (the team) to ask more in depth questions about the work environment. They also asked lots of behavioral questions to gauge my personality.
Interview started as a friendly conversation, and then I was asked questions about my resume and my background. I was then asked why those things we discussed would make a good fit. The style was very laid back. The interview was one on one. After interviewing I heard back within a week with an offer.
