Ascension interview questions

The first part of the inerview process was a phone screening. This was a way to further assess my skills and experience. They were looking to get more information on my work history and education in order to compare it to job requirements. After the phone interview I had a group interview with the senior manager and two team leads. They took turns asking me questions from a prepared list. The last step was a one on one interview with another team lead. This interview went very deep into my work history and education.

i was called for my first interview and it was conducted by two managers who were very easy going much like i went in for a chat it was quite enjoyable actually. I was then called a couple days later for a second interview and it was very informal like the first one but this was with the upper manager of the department it went well and was very comfortable
