Initial interview is via text on Google Hangouts. I was skeptical at first, until I went online to check it out. Even people on this site have talked about Hangouts. Likely because their head office is in USA and I`m in Canada.

What was your most difficult personal failure and how did you overcome it

Interview
Went through 2 rounds. First round was with HR. 2nd round was with 3 employees. During the 2nd round, one of tge hiring managers was more interested in his/her phone, which was rude.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AspenTech (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi) in Dec 2024
Interview
The process was direct and easy to follow. I only did 2 interviews and both were pleasant. The focus was more on my relevant experience and expectations on the daily work.
