Had two interviews, one with HR the other with SVP of HR. They were very detailed and asked loads of questions. The only thing that was missing was that they did not give very much away about the challenges you would face in the role. They also did not elaborate on why the previous person had left the role. They did not try to sell them as a company or what you can expect if you worked there. What their culture was like and why people would want to work there. Whilst they were very pleasant, they could benefit from remembering that they also need to sell the opportunity and the company.
