The recruiter is a terrible resource. There is no organization. When you apply, and he wants to talk to you, you will get an email to sign up for the interview. I registered 3 days out because I could not interview until the day I selected. I got 4 calls immediately after I signed up. He wanted to meet now. I told him I couldn’t meet but he said he was in a hurry so I made it work. He and I spoke, he said I had an amazing resume and lots of experience that would fit well. We discussed salary and that’s where it stopped. Fast forward three weeks. He forgot we interviewed. He sent me a message on LinkedIn to send him my resume. Red flag. I knew I had already done that so I played along. He replied to the email and then ghosted me again. Highly unprofessional recruiter.
