Recruiter call, interview with hiring manager and team manager which was mainly behavioral and asked about some technical aspects of projects I worked on, take home data analysis assignment, presentation and interview with hiring manager team member, and collaborator.

The interview process was straightforward and professional, structured across three rounds. The first round was a conversation with the hiring manager focused on my background and core competencies. The second round involved a discussion with HR, which covered logistical and organizational topics. The third and final round was a group interview with potential colleagues, allowing for a broader cultural and team fit assessment. Throughout the process, there were no case studies or formal presentations required. The format remained competency-based and closely tied to my CV. It was a relaxed and transparent experience that didn't feel intimidating or overly formal. The emphasis was clearly on evaluating alignment with the role and the team, rather than testing under pressure.
