I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Assurant (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Process was long and drawn out. People there were very nice and professional. I discovered through the hiring manager that the employee who referred me was actually working against my candidacy. If a new employee has more a hand in the hiring of a candidate than the hiring manager, the structure is compromised. Fortunately I found another opportunity. I have since heard the culture there is very challenging.
