phone interview 30 minutes and then hired on the spot and then a follow up email on your training dates and when you start. You are then in a zoom meeting with tammy on your first day of work.

The interview was competency based questions with different scenarios of how you have dealt with different challenges. Had some role play and also an exercise to do in the interview. Very thorough

The person I got interviewed was very kind, set great expectations and I just did the interview yesterday, I’m hoping to hear good news because this is right up my alley!

Went over job history, name a time you had to think and use logic, name a time when you went above and beyond, etc
The interviewer asked performance based questions. Gave a very detailed job description and company overview. Great Manager did the interview and was easy to talk to. Not stressful like some interviews.

Nivel de inglés requerido: al menos C1. Dos entrevistas grupales. La primera es mas breve, consta de 2 preguntas en inglés. A mi me preguntaron si alguna vez había recibido feedback negativo de algún supervisor, y qué me motiva de trabajar para est empresa. En la segunda te presentas, luego respondes 2 preguntas, y luego ven un caso puntual que te envían (todo en inglés)
