Aston Carter Business Development Manager interview questions

Relatively easy first interview, through to second round but was never able to fix a date and time due to their ever changing schedule. They'd ask whether available on a certain then I'll give them a time slot then they'd say that they'll get back to me, it happened a couple of times to the point where I've lost interest in the role due to the lack of faith in the company.
