The job posting was misleading, not even stating it was a bank teller position. Second, the job posting was misleading in the location information - stating the job is in the Seattle area rather than being located in Kitsap County. This is a staffing agency located in Florida, yet recruiting for a position over 3000 miles away without knowledge of the geographic region. Third, I was asked to complete skill assessments that were dated and highly insulting, opening the door to age discrimination. Finally, I received an email stating the actual employer made the choice to hire directly.
