I applied online on their website. Got an email a week later to schedule a phone interview. It was a smooth and fast process. Basically to assess my skills and experiences on my CV.

Asked about experiences on my CV and how they could possibly relate to job
Interviewed in person at Frederick Facility, only one round of interviews with two managers. They asked basic questions about experience, skills, and standard behavioral questions. Overall pleasant experience, right out of college.

Received the email from HR to schedule phone screen after 2days applied online. Still waiting for the next step if will have a chance to have phone interview with hire manager. Phone screen is standard background check with 4 behaviors questions.
