I had interviews with 7 different people. Everyone was friendly and authentic. There was a combination of competency based questions and cultural fit. The talent scout that found me was very helpful and provided guidance the whole way through.

interviewed for position in the US; scheduling was handled by staff in Mexico; very disorganized; HR person was not forthright when I asked basic questions; I withdrew my interest in the position due to these behaviors

There were four rounds of interviews: HR, hiring manager and manager to whom there is a dotted line, hiring manager’s boss, hiring manager’s boss’s boss. HR was fairly timely in sharing updates.
