Two stages, mostly behavioral with some technical questions; the position in question typically does not expect undergraduates to have prior experience. Process was straightforward, and Astranis has quick turnarounds and great communication throughout the hiring process.

I applied online, and in my interview there were a few technical questions. I Did a phone interview and coded online. About a week later did a r2 phone interview. They had good communication and emailed quickly after and before both rounds.
They emailed me the same day I applied. The first round was with a junior employee. Interviews were technical, although there were some resume and behavioral questions. you should know your stuff.
I got through 2 rounds, relatively slow communication, pretty typical questions for an intern interview. The role wasn't technical so pretty much only behavioral questions & a couple questions related to the field.
