First interview with team member was very easy. Basic RF. Second interview was good, with senior manager Brady. We talked about a figure he gave and discussed sampling theorem and filtering. After, made it to the final onsite interview. Gave a 45 min presentation about a past project. After, had 4 back to back interviews with team members, first with manager Quinn, ending in Brady again. Overall it seemed that the team liked me, one of the members starting asking about my favorite sandwich to get to know me on a funny and different level. Had lunch there, started at 10:00am ended at 2:30pm. Waited a week to hear back, and did not get an offer. A friend who worked at Astranis checked the database and saw I was the only candidate brought on for an on site interview, but although I made it that far I did not make it to the finish line. My advice is to learn from these and have fun, but also just because it felt great does not mean you will get the job. I thought it went as well as it could, and still did not get an offer.
