I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2018
Interview
After applying I was called by a hiring representative from out of state in order to set up an interview. They set up the interview for two weeks later and sent me an email to confirm it. They never gave me the interviewers name and I was never given a contact for the office where I was interviewing. I arrived 15 minutes early with my ID and two copies of my resume. This young early-twenties something interviewer took me into a room and asked me only three (3!) questions, making the interview take a total of around 4 minutes. She asked about my availability and said that we were all done. She didn’t give me a number or tell me when I would be contacted. Professionalism at its finest.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Asurion (Columbus, GA) in Nov 2021
Interview
You have to dial in via Zoom and you’re then split one on one with a recruiter for interview. They ask questions that you have to give in-depth responses. Overall, it was just like a face to face interview just via Zoom.

Interview
The process was simple and to the point. I was basically asked what is my sales and tech background. Luckily previously working within the mobile. industry helped; plus I'm familiar with the company because it's the insurance company my company used.
The interview was through zoom, I was transferred to 3 different zoom calls (Which is a good thing; my. friend. didn't get pass the first. call). The process was a little close to a hour and honestly really easy, especially if you pass the requirements.
