I believe they don't know what they want from the candidates, and they don't have any specific platform for the interview. They said the interview will be 30 minutes, but it took 1 hour. They asked unrelated questions. For example, they asked what is the code behind an ML algorithm in python (All of us know that we use the packages and don't go deep into the code). One of the interviewers was totally out of any knowledge, but she/he asked lots of questions without understanding the concept. For example, the interviewer didn't know the concept of A/B testing but asked questions that why you chose Bernoulli for testing the hypothesize when I tried to explain the A/B testing for one of my projects. Also, I believe it was hard to communicate with them.
