Atlassian Applications Support Engineer interview questions

Found the interview process inconsistent considering someone I know applied for the same role and his interview was vastly different for the same role. I was told I had good knowledge by the tech support guys at the end of the interview, but didn't make it through as I didn't have skills in one area, despite me already telling them that in my first interview. A shame as I really wanted to work for Atlassian
