Atlassian Director interview questions

I had two phone interviews and then a set of in person interviews. Each of the conversations were independent, but they did build on each other because the topics covered were different in each one. The interviewers were smart and very respectful. I did not feel that they knew exactly what they were looking for, but that is probably not true of all of their interviews processes.
