I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian (Sydney) in Oct 2018
Interview
Very clear and organised. Professional and nice people.
My advice is to read every single review here. It helps a lot. Allow yourself time between interviews. Practice! Solve algorithm problems. Know all the design patterns and when to use them.
Online test you need to practice some algorithms.
The TDD pair programming you need to know Java and best to practice with Intellij. Always start from the test and make it work. Explain every single thing comes to your mind.
Next interview is to describe a project you work on. Know how to answer question. Why you made choices. Which choice you regret. Ask a friend to practice with you.
The last interview is about your personality. What you are good at, what you need to improve. How you work in a team, how you discuss ideas. What you liked in a good team, what you dislike in a bad team.
Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
Nice interviewer but i did not get an offer. good experience anyway i think.
I have heard good things about the company culture so i think it would be a good place to work
