I was applied to this position from careers portal, got a call from HR regarding 1st technical round with in 5 days from the day of application submission and interview got scheduled in 2 days, it's through Zoom meeting, 2 people interviewed me for around 45 minutes asking about present project and overall work experience related questions. They had shortlisted me for next round which is Technical exercise implementation ( like mini project) and it's moderate difficulty level able to achieve it and submitted in 2 days (It took around 10 hours including design, development, testing, deployment and documentation), they hadn't reviewed it even after one week, sent reminder email to HR, they didn't respond over emails or phone calls, sent another reminder to HR and technical people as well after two weeks, that also didn't worked. Finally got an email from HR stating as not selected after 20 days that to without reviewing Technical exercise.
They would have chosen another candidate, my suggestion is to respond over emails or phone calls during interview process. It took around one month for just 2 rounds, if you have no intention towards any candidate to select, please do not waste our time. Time is precious for everyone, it would be good if you follow some values for interview process. Finally who are having patience and 2-3 months is fine for application process, go a head and apply.
