I have admired Atlassian for years and strongly follow their mission and values but this interview experience unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. I found my recruiter to be quite process driven and lacking of any passion for Atlassian and more specifically the role. Our conversations along the way did feel quite impersonal and scripted so it didn't fill me with confidence. I believe it's so important to paint a clear picture of a team/function and their vision for the future to get engagement with candidates. The rest of the people I met throughout the interview process were excellent though , and you can really tell there's some amazing people there. I was offered a position but declined at the end due to disengagement with the process.
