Nothing out of the ordinary. I applied for the job online through LinkedIn and got an initial screening call with a recruiter. The lady who was calling from Florida called 10 minutes late and didn't apologize for it either.

Question 1
So this lady who was the recruiter was supposed to call me at 12:30, but she was late ~10 minutes and didn't even say sorry that I was late. That was fine, however, my problem was the tone she was speaking as well as her overall interviewing. She didn't know what she was asking and she was reading from a page.
She asked me if I had any experience of HTML, CSS and JS. I told her yes I have, I have been working with all three of them for the past 5 years, so yh I know. To which she asked again: So you have experience or not?
Same thing about API. I explained to her what REST is because it was clear she didn't know but she was reading the questions. I explained the question and the answer, to which she replied, so do you know REST APIs?

Good and fast process. Not very difficult, they offered more money in the end. This was a few years ago so maybe things have changed somewhat. Nothing to complain about

The hiring staff was pretty proactive.
Keep track of every steps and giving possible feedbacks
However, got rejected after step before the last one because they accept internal transfer candidate. Which made me feel a bit of wasting of time..
