I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Atlassian in Nov 2022
Interview
Initial OA consisted of 4 questions of LC easy and mediums. I had an in-person behavioral screen soon after through a career fair, then a technical screen right after that which covered LC mediums. The virtual onsite consisted of a DS&A round with more LC mediums, a system design round, and a behavioral round with management. I'm not sure why I had 2 behaviorals, 1 at the beginning and 1 for the onsite, since when I had the first behavioral they implied this would make the second one unnecessary. The system design question was extremely vague, and when I asked the interviewer to clarify the problem he turned it back on me to define my own problem constraints - however, he seemed to be unhappy with the constraints I set. Other than that, I felt pretty confident with my answers at every round, but I got a rejection email the day after my onsite. The email also specified they would not be able to provide any feedback, which is unfortunate.

Question 1
(System Design) Design a rate limiter to handle client requests
Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
Nice interviewer but i did not get an offer. good experience anyway i think.
I have heard good things about the company culture so i think it would be a good place to work
