1 - Recruiter Call - basic interview about expereince 2 - Your Sales Manager Interview to get to know you - they'll ask you about some deals youre working on but mostly trying to gage personality 3 - Values interview with a random employee not in Sales - They will ask questions about each Value of Atlassian and for you to give examples of that 4 - Role play with 2 sales managers - they want you to do a deep dive discovery call - make sure to take up the full time and mostly ask questions - do not recommend anything until the very end

I'm biased because I ended up accepting my offer, but I had an exceptional experience interviewing with Atlassian. Every person I met with was genuinely enthusiastic, intelligent, and eager to learn about me and share about the team. Each round made me more curious and excited about the opportunity and I felt like the process was more of a conversation than an interview.
