Interview
The interview process started with a phone call with the recruiter. Next round was a technical interview with Karat which you could opt in for a redo if you felt you did not perform well.
I took the Karat interview and did not feel I performed to the best of my abilities so I took the redo. In the redo, I got through all of the questions correctly and explained my thought process thoroughly. The recruiter came back and said that although the redo went really well, they decided not to move me forward due to my performance in the first karat interview. So why have the option for a redo?

Question 1
For the system design portion, they asked me to think about how I would design a system for a social media company.
Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
Nice interviewer but i did not get an offer. good experience anyway i think.
I have heard good things about the company culture so i think it would be a good place to work
