Atlassian Partner Solutions Associate interview questions

This is the worst interview experience that I've ever had. Up until the interview process, things went smoothly. I was asked to complete a short PowerPoint and moved on to the interview. When I got to the interview, I had to wait 15 minutes for the interviewer to show up. This to me is fine because meetings can run late. The interviewer then says "Let me take a look at your resumé real quick, I haven't got the chance to yet." The interviewer then looks at my resumé and for context, my previous experiences were primarily at startups. They then ask, "Have you actually interned/worked for a real company before?" I think that this encounter is the only thing that I need to say to describe my experience interviewing here.
