Atlassian Quality Assitance Engineer interview questions

Quite stunned by Atlassian's recruitment process. I applied initially with a 4 page cv and i was rejected. I re-applied the next day again with a one page cv and i got a mail saying i was a good fit. I was asked to complete a set of mindset exercises and i had sent it back in a week. I was then scheduled for a skype interview and it went well. 2 days later i was asked to complete a web testing technical exercise and was given a week's time. i had submitted it on time and i was waiting for an update. I sent chaser mails and never got an updated. One day i get a mail from the HR asking what happened to my mindset exercise which i already completed and finished 3 rounds of the interview! Later i mailed the HR the details and later she said there was a bug in the system and said she would get back with an updated. one day later i receive an update that my skills do not match the requirement they have! I am not disappointed i was rejected but why can't Atlassian look at my Cv carefully before sending me for 3 rounds of interview? Absolutely horrible recruitment process.
