I applied to 2 positions (Java engineer and devops) and had one of the worst interview experiences: - too complex - 8 interviews in total (!!!) - I came to one interview and nobody appeared without sending some notification 1st - their explanation was "software issue" - bad internal organization - I waited almost 1 month to get invitation to next interviews, their explanation was 1st "software issues" then recruiter going to holidays without even really passing his responsibilities to someone else - 3 x 1-hour coding interviews - too much IMHO, coding interviews have very little in common with everyday's work where problems are different and there are libraries for most algorithmic tasks! - some interviewers seemed to me to be close-minded and/or narcisstic, e.g. they don't want even hear how companies outside Atlassian solve problems - despite spending so much times on interviews, I got even no constructive feedback!
