Atlassian Senior Technical Program Manager interview questions

2 phone interviews, one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. The phone interview was 30 minutes and the hiring manager interview was 1 hour. No explanation of details of what the role entailed or how the role works at their company. Felt like the manager had made a decision within minutes of talking to me. Very odd, no structure, no conversation.. asked me how long I'd been working for, despite having my resume in front of them. You hire smart people , not people that will do the role according to your idea. A company like Atlassian should hire ambitious people, not people that want to stay on in the same role. When you ask me what I want to do in 5 years, surely you expect me to be say not be in that role? Very subjective, arbitrary interview process, solely decided by one person's likes or dislikes.
