I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Atos (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
Internal miscommunication? Very long (6 weeks!) but fairly standard interview process handled by an outside HR resource. Went through 4 rounds of interviews: initial phone screen, two on-site and one phone interview with a VP. While folks on-site at Dallas location were very professional and stuck to original JD, the VP completely deviated to another set of skillset requirement for this position (ex. description asked for a kitchen cook but VP asks if you can prepare taxes). Regardless of an outcome, a courtesy follow up email on selection process would be great, this is not a low-wage position at a fast-food establishment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty standard initial and technical questions. If you know what you're doing, you should have no issues advancing to the next steps. That is, of course, if everyone on the hiring team is on the same page.
It was fair and simple. Also some questions were from latest hyper-scalars. They checked on data modernisation and migration. They also checked on my leading ability. I like the interviewing style.
Aptitude, Technicals and will you y me send zoo card for your card and i have to one time for also please activate your order for the next week and then we can do that for tomorrow at the wywywyw
Focus on real life scenario. How and where you can implement the it. Give practical implementation steps or process. Don't give Theoretical answer. Try to keep it simple and precise.
