Atos Senior UX Designer interview questions

Standard process comprising of 2 interviews. Very informal process, no portfolio review and no design task. First interview was with some senior/lead colleagues and the second with some colleagues at my level of seniority. All went well until Atos made me an offer that was 25k lower than what I submitted as my expected salary at the start of the recruitment process. Unprofessionalism at its best. I will never apply for a role at Atos ever again. Total waste of time.
