There were four rounds of interviews starting with the hiring manager and ending with the SVP. One round allowed me to meet other members of the team and see what the workspace and team culture was like. They kept me in the loop throughout the interview process so I knew where I stood. Everyone I met was great but working with the recruiter both before and after receiving the offer was not as seamless as I have experienced with other organizations.
