Disorganized. It seemed that the company was unsure as to whether they were still hiring for the position. There was a disconnect between the information provided by the HR recruiter and the actual department. It left a feeling of frustration during the entire process, and so I was not willing to accept a position even if it was offered since it made me question the competency of the company.
