3 step interview process. First call with the clinic coordinator, next step with the lead therapist at the site. Third interview with a peer group of therapists. Questions included diagnosis specific and generic problem solving questions

Interview process consisted of a call with a recruiter, call with a hiring manager, and an in person interview with multiple staff. The interview process was educational and the staff were very transparent. The staff were all kind and professional.
