I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Atrium (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
A bit of a drawn out process however very nice to be able to speak with everyone and get concrete detailed information, I went back in person 3 times. Luckily mine were relatively close in terms of timeline, I know others that had long lagging periods in between different rounds with immense lack of feedback,

Question 1
To go over my resume, what I was looking for in my next role, and to also disclose how my old firm operated and what I was bringing in $$ wise.
Very transparent and smooth interview process. Everyone I met was extremely pleasant and seemed to have a great experience working there. If you are a recruiter looking to get started, it seemed like a great environment to be a part of!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atrium (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview will be several 1-1 meetings, likely spread over different days. Mostly on video but at least 1 in office. They will focus on motivations to understand why the person is "hungry" and "money driven" rather than just a good person or hard worker. They will ask about team work and being able to navigate significant ups and downs.

I applied online. I interviewed at Atrium (Piscataway, NJ) in May 2025
Interview
Recruiter was super nice! They are just busy and can be a minute to get back to you which was the most stressful part. Conversational and wanted to get to know you versus technical skills.
