I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Atrium (New York, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
I apply to become a recruiter but once I went to the interview it turned out to be an appointment with a staffing agent. They led me to believe that it was an interview to get me to come to them. Be careful of what you apply for online or at least when applying for jobs look out for Atrium because it's not really the position you're applying for. It's really an ad for you to respond to in order for them to contact you to get you to come in for an appointment. These ads are just for you to become an associate for them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you looking for temp, temp to hire or permanent?
Very transparent and smooth interview process. Everyone I met was extremely pleasant and seemed to have a great experience working there. If you are a recruiter looking to get started, it seemed like a great environment to be a part of!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atrium (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview will be several 1-1 meetings, likely spread over different days. Mostly on video but at least 1 in office. They will focus on motivations to understand why the person is "hungry" and "money driven" rather than just a good person or hard worker. They will ask about team work and being able to navigate significant ups and downs.

Question 1
What are your motivators in your career and your daily life?
I applied online. I interviewed at Atrium (Piscataway, NJ) in May 2025
Interview
Recruiter was super nice! They are just busy and can be a minute to get back to you which was the most stressful part. Conversational and wanted to get to know you versus technical skills.
