I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Audible (Newark, NJ) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was contacted by recruiter in late December. I gave Hackerrank coding assessment and then heard back from Recruiter next day and had my phone screen scheduled after 2 weeks. Phone screen also had 2 problems. 1 typical binary search based and 2nd recursive. Interviewer also left time for any questions I had. Recruiter reached back 3 days after my phone screen to schedule onsite. Onsite interview included 5 rounds - 2 on data structures and algorithms, 1 OO design and 2 behavioural rounds. Prepare to discuss your technical project and previous experience extensively and objectively for behavioral questions. My reruiter was very informative about the type of questions and guidelines to frame my response. For data structures and algorithms based questions, I cannot stress enough the importance of practicing on leet code and going through Cracking the Coding Interview book. Repeat it as much as you can. Entire process was very straightforward. My recruiter was very helpful and reachable at all times. Interviewers were also quite professional.
Entire process can be completed in as less as 1.5months to 3 months depending on how much time you need for preparartions along the process. I took the max time to prepare for interviews and would also recommend to not rush through process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Audible in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was really smooth. The interviewers were professional, kind, and prepared to pair program. Apart from the behavioral interview, which was all star format stories, each interviewer asked one question related to an Audible value. After giving my answer, we'd hop into the technical part.

Interview
It takes time and the entrance exam is really hard. You will need to know most all of leetcode and even then the questions they ask are framed in a way that involves Amazon products so it can be confusing
