Easy and thorough. Multiple interviewers. Relatively quick to get offer. Had to negotiate. Phone interview to start. Long interviews (hour each). Nothing written. There are roundtable disussions to align on hiring.

They approached me on LinkedIn and I had one phone call, was told I would receive an email regarding next steps. Then was told that upper management was going in a different direction.

HR phone screen, phone interview, in-office interviews...each in-office was very detailed, rigorous and conducted by very smart individuals. You have to be prepared, especially with anecdotes/stories for the various "tell me about a time" questions.
