Almost identical to Amazon, but better. The process starts with online programming test. If you do good enough, directly to final interview. If you do okay, there is a phone interview I was told.
For the final interview, four interviews in total with 3 coding and 1 system design interview. Each interview is one hour split in behavioral and technical sections equally. They have people principle, which are different than Amazon's leadership principle. I felt that 30 minutes of behavioral is too long, 15-20 minutes should be adequate. They often ask two behavioral question rather than deep diving in one. Amazon suffers this problem even worse. For coding, they expected two problems in 30 minutes, but the problems were not hard. It's more about how fast you can think of a solution and write good code while communicating and explaining your ideas. The interviewers were very friendly and encouraging. They expect a lot in an hour, but all of them a reasonable things.
