Submitted my resume in the Grace Hopper Conference database and was contacted by a recruiter. First step was an online coding challenge (Hackerrank) with around 2-3 questions and 1 hour to complete it. The questions were easy and it took me only 30 mins to finish the coding assessment. After that, I had a 30 min interview at Grace Hopper. There were a few behavioral questions (tell me about yourself, why audible and tell me about a time you worked in a team type questions) and 1 technical question. The next round was a 1 hr technical phone interview (Leetcode easy-medium) with one of their software engineers, mostly focused on string manipulation and data structures. After passing that round, I had the chance to choose my preferred team and had a 30 min phone call with the manager of the team. The final interview is mostly behavioral, for the manager to get to know the candidate and for the candidate to get the know the team and ask any questions they have.
The interview process was quite smooth and the recruiters were very helpful and responsive. The interviewers were also very friendly and provided hints when stuck. They are more focused on your thought process and guide you in reaching the correct solution.
