The interview consisted on a 2 phase process, the first phase I spoke with the National manager for the line of business that I was appliying to, which was successful and a very straight questions. The 2 phase of the process was an interview with 2 associates, where they give me full details of what the roles consisted in including type of project that I would be involved in, etc

Can you please tell me about yourself, background, etc
Very conversational and they ask your opinions on certain topics, how you get things done to get to know you. They don't just ask the typical "what are your strengths and weaknesses"
The interview process was efficient and uncomplicated. It consisted of a brief initial interview followed by a short follow-up. The entire procedure was streamlined, making it quick and straightforward, with minimal time and effort required from both parties.
After submitted the CV, HR will have a Phone interview first by asking why you chose this job and your basic information and background. If you sound like potential candidate will arrange a formal technical interview. This interview asked multiple questions across technical and non-tech parts. Lastly by a informal meeting for offer details if you are the one.
