1st - Phone Interview with recruitment lady 2nd - Recruitment Manager from USA via Zoom 3rd - Directly with Hiring Manager via Zoom- this did not happen as 10 mins before he said he has issues with Zoom app O_0 ? Really...... I was told that this will be rescheduled...obviously over 3 days no response, 0 communication ! so I contacted recruitment lady and after another 3 days she said they offer a job to someone else so this 3rd stage has been cancelled. From my point of view this whole process is so poorly designed and poorly managed. 1st why they contacted me to apply for this job when there was a guy 2 stages ahead of me? You run process of recruitment & selection etc parallel with all candidates to compare them ... Unfortunately, HR is rusty there :) and need to have strong written process how they operate. Basically, had right experience & skills and interview went very nice but they had other candidate well ahead of me so I wasted my time.
