We met, sat down, had small talk and then I took a test on a computer mainly asking if I used drugs of any sort. The test was finished after about ten minutes then we proceeded to the interview. No standard interview questions were asked. Most questions were aimed at whether I would fit into the company or not and how I would react to certain sales situations. I was very confident after the interview, considering that the branch manager mentioned how he wanted to talk to my former boss on the phone, had HR send over a personality assessment, told me to go look on Linkedin and look at profiles of people who work for the company and see if I would be a fit or not, as well as mentioning a second interview. My boss was never called and I never had the chance for a second interview. A stronger candidate must have interviewed afterwards.
