First, the store manager brought me into the back and sat me down in a chair. Then, proceeded to ask me some questions about my schedule, etc. Finally, he shook my hand and said he would get back to me.
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.
