AutoZone Supervisor interview questions

Store Manager was very kind and made the interview more like a conversation. What I expected to be a simple 15-30 minute interview, turned into an hour and a half conversation. This was recent and have yet to get an offer though Im hopeful

I applied and showed up in a suit. The regional manager was very impressed with my resume and attire. I was asked about my previous job experiences, schooling and car knowledge. I have a masters, had a full time job and was looking to make extra money on the side. I was offered a supervisory position and accepted. They were very eager to hire me.
