I applied online and got an email from a recruiter the next day inviting me to choose a date for a phone screen. After choosing a date for our interview recruiter got back to me saying that she needs to reschedule since she’s going on vacation. The only available spot in the calendar was 10 days after the initial interview date. It gave me more time to prepare for the interview, which I did while being on a vacation myself. On a day of the interview the recruiter was 10 min late and all she said was: « we’ve filled this position internally already, sorry forgot to let you know ». Oh, Autodesk, I really hoped you can do better than that. So unprofessional. I’m very disappointed the way Autodesk employees ruin this company’s reputation.
